Come one, come all for a weekend of fresh air, fellowshipping, eating, biking, basketballing, eating, crazy wide games, card games, eating, campfires, fort building, eating, playing in the creek, staying up late, and eating some more.
Our location will be the beautiful Camp Evergreen, an hour northwest of Airdrie. The dates are over May Long Weekend.
Details for RVs:
- water to fill RVs is available on site, but not at each individual site
- some spots with power on site, others without (please specify your preference on the Google form)
Details for Cabins:
- large cabins split into two halves with 3 sets of bunkbeds on each side
- can share with another family for maximum fun, or have your own for preferred quiet
- absolutely NO cooking in the cabins; all cooking must be in the RV camping area
- the cabins are a short 300-500m walk from the RV spots

Outdoor washroom block accessible for all, with free hot showers! Also, unlimited free firewood! And lots of trees to make tarp-city if the weather looks iffy. Bring your tarps & rope! And hammocks!
NO meals will be provided by camp this year; each family unit is responsible for its own food. We will attempt to coordinate suppers to eat "together" on Saturday and Sunday (meaning, we would all bring burgers and eat them simultaneously, for example). Think: Long long LONG table ... see photos above!
There is a nightly fee for camping & cabin-ing, but day-tripping is free. If the cost is prohibitive to your family attending, please speak to Steph Beaulieu or Rebekah Williams.
