• Dress code: Western attire strongly encouraged! Dust off your cowboy boots, don your best plaid shirts, and sport your favorite cowboy hats for the full Stampede experience.
• Please note that this event is exclusively for our valued clients and their guests. We kindly ask that you limit your RSVPs to allow as many clients as possible to attend.
• Parking for our guests will be made available on the west-side of building and across the street at the Conestoga Cold Storage facility. Due to potential limited spaces, we encourage our guests to carpool together to ensure adequate availability for everyone who will be joining.
• As we encourage everyone to let loose and have fun, we want to ask and remind everyone to be respectful and accountable for their behavior and consumption. We will assist all those who may need a safe mode of transportation. We encourage everyone to have a planned safe mode of transportation back to their offices or home!
