River City Summer Conference

Alcoholics Anonymous with Al-Anon Participation

Held in Winnipeg, Manitoba in an effort to carry the A.A. message of recovery to the alcoholic who still suffers. Programming such as guest speakers, workshops, and panels are provided throughout the weekend for members of Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon and other guests. This event is open to the public and all enquiries are welcome.

Weekend Conference Ticket

A Weekend Conference Ticket gives you access to all of the speakers, workshops, and panels, as well as the call-up meeting and the dance. The Weekend Conference Ticket price is $25.

A Weekend Conference Ticket does not include the optional banquet. A Banquet Ticket must be purchased seperately.

Online Weekend Conference Ticket sales will be available until Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 11:30 p.m. Any remaining tickets will be available at the door of the conference.

You can donate a ticket(s) to be given to attendees who could not otherwise afford to attend.

Saturday Banquet Dinner

There will be a banquet dinner for those who wish to attend. The banquet will be held at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, June 3, 2017 on the 12th floor of the Radisson Hotel Downtown. Pre-registration banquet tickets are available online for $30. The banquet is a buffet with vegetarian options, and a ticket includes your food, beverage, tax, and gratuity. Limited seating is available.

Online tickets for the banquet will be available until Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 11:30 p.m. Any remaining tickets will be sold a the registration table for $30.

A Banquet Ticket does not include admission to the conference. A Weekend Conference Ticket must be purchased seperately.

1. Please indicate whether tickets being purchased are for A.A. Members, Alanon Family Group Members, or other guests and visitors by purchasing the appropriate ticket type; this will help us better be of service at future conferences.

2. You are responsible to pick up the tickets you purchase at the conference; please present your confirmation email at the registration desk. Tickets will not be issued without a confirmation email.

3. If purchasing tickets for others, please be aware that you are responsible for distributing their tickets to them; registration volunteers will be unable to distribute them on your behalf.

Online tickets are sold via Eventbrite.ca. Eventbrite charges a convenience fee for the purchase of online tickets. The River City Summer Conference is not affiliated with Eventbrite.ca
