    New Management Course in 2024 - THE INTERCULTURAL LEADER

    From the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, the Intercultural Skills Lab equips professionals with the tools, insights, and real-world experience to advance in their careers.

    With THE INTERCULTURAL LEADER, team managers from all sectors can decode intercultural diversity and its profound impact on diverse workplace teams. Participants gain actionable management strategies to eliminate cultural pitfalls and build team effectiveness and belonging. Instructors include Rotman professors and specialists from the Canadian business landscape.

    Career Shift

    A unique program designed for Internationally Educated Professionals who have become unemployed due to the pandemic and are aiming to transition to the highly sought after Supply Chain or Technical Sales sectors in Canada.

    Our program content has been developed for internationally trained professionals to overcome some of the barriers in networking and help them broaden their professional connections, effectively communicate their value and help them navigate through the Canadian workplace. Our programs are sector specific where they can explore career possibilities in Finance, Change Management, Supply Chain & Tech Sales.
