It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned runner or just starting, this group is open to all fitness levels.

When: Thursday, January 18th

Time: 6pm-7pm

Location: Percy Perry Stadium (meet at the track)

What we will do:
15 minutes: Warm-up
20-30 minutes: Intense Speed and Interval Training - pace groups will be created so you work at the appropriate speed for you
15 minutes: Cool Down

Join us as we hit the pavement, push our limits, and elevate our running game together. It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned runner or just starting, this group is open to all fitness levels.
