⁂ Join us for our third month of Sacral Activation. An evening of sisterhood, empowerment, mysticism & womb medicine ⁂ Each month different tools & techniques will be offered to support this work.

There is an energetic pathway that connects your womb, your heart and your voice. In these monthly gatherings we come together as sovereign women to connect to our womb's medicine & to practice free feminine expression.

• Our circle will open with a meditation
• Optional medicine ceremony
• Sound Ceremony
• We will use our voices to open the throat chakra
• Descending into the womb with techniques led by Sarah
• Sacral Activation (breath + movement based)

Please arrive promptly to allow yourself time to settle in, the doors will be locked at 7:00pm.

Well mishka & Sarah will intuitively offer practices, your breath & your body is both your teacher and true guide. These circles are curated with the intention of offering you tools to find deeper listening & strengthen your intuition.

Notes on Breathwork

With each unconscious breath, you are supporting your body’s baseline energy and patterns, "same old, same old". With each conscious, connected breath you are invited to the Now, this present, precious moment. During a conscious connected breathwork journey (CCB), you have the opportunity to connect to life force energy. The invitation to breathe in new oxygen, new energy, new information.

As Mishka guides you on a CCB journey, each deep inhale will nourish you, each exhalation an opportunity to surrender. The exhalation will be your time & space to let go of what is no longer serving you. To let go, supported with ease & grace.

Well mishka will intuitively guide you, your breath is both your teacher & the journey. Everything you need is already within you & she lovingly holds space for you to remember.
