SARNIA HOLIDAY PARTY 2016

Join us with family, friends and neighbours celebrating the holiday season. Children will have a buddy to work with.

4pm...................................................................................... Registration

Participants will register in our foyer and be directed to one of three musical stations.

4:15-5:15pm.................................................................. Musical Stations

Participants will spend an hour in their one station. This station will involve an activity and time spent learning their group’s song for the presentation.

5:15-5:30pm................................................................. Transfer and Prep

This will give us time to get everyone settled in the sanctuary and ready to go.

5:30-6pm......................................... The Power of the KING presentation

Each group will take their turn performing their song in the play, and will be the audience while the others do their parts.

6-6:15pm................................................................................... Devotion

6:15-7pm............................................... SEMC Choir Presents The Arrival

Our SEMC Choir will perform our Christmas Musical. Participants in our Instant Christmas Pageant will get to be in the audience and enjoy the performance.

7-8pm............................................................................. Christmas Party

Join us upstairs for a fun snack and getting to know your fellow cast and audience members. 

 

Please note: The atmosphere at this event may be very difficult for some individuals to tolerate.  Parents are responsible to determine if this is a suitable environment for their child

 PARENTS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY ON SITE AND ARE RESPONSIBLE AT ALL TIMES FOR THEIR CHILDREN

Due to allergies and sensitivities, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, aftershave, or scented products such as hairspray or lotion.

 Frequently Asked Questions 

1) Do I need to print tickets or confirmations received by email to attend this event? No, you have nothing to print. Upon your arrival, you must present yourself at the registration desk . You will be asked your name and the number of people accompanying you. That's it!

2) Do I need proof of diagnosis? No, it is not necessary. Introduce yourself to the registry office and enjoy the activity .

3) Is there an entry in the cost of the activity? Almost all activities are free , because the fees are paid by the potential program , Autism Ontario , in partnership with the Department of Services for Children and Youth . If there are costs to pay, this will be indicated on the registration page when you select the number of tickets you need.

4) Do I need to be a member of Autism Ontario to register and participate? No. Being a member gives you access to other interesting possibilities, but the activities proposed under the Potential Programme are open to all families with children under 18 living with ASD in Ontario
