SBGT Teen & Juvenile Trips to Jiu Jitsu Con

Hey there folks! Welcome to Western North America's premier gateway for youth grapplers.

Saturday Evening of Day 1 after the regular tournament, we will feature the Teens and Juveniles Superfight showcase! Qualifying youth who podium during the trials will be placed in single elimination absolute brackets where the winner will take home the top prize package of registration and travel to Jiu Jitsu Con in August in Las Vegas!

There are four packages on the line:
Top Teen Male
Top Teen Female
Top Juvenile Male
Top Juvenile Female

The goal of this event is to have as many youth athletes from Alberta and surrounding areas to have a chance at matches with high profile athletes without traveling abroad. To inspire the youth and juvenile grapplers from those leading from the front and competing. And give the top athletes a means to get to the biggest stage where monetary circumstances might have prevented them from doing so.

We hope to have a huge crowd to inspire, cheer on, and support these young athletes!

Walkout songs and live music featuring DJ NIGHTHAVVK.

This is an all ages show*. Bar service will be provided in the lounge. There will be a concession with great snack options!

Bringing well run, efficient tournaments to the community. We aim to try new and exciting rulesets, unique event concepts, which cater to both the athletes and the crowds.

We are known for micro-managing each event so that every aspect is well thought. From the spectators experience, the athletes and their corner people, the staff and volunteers. Everything we do is fun, while being beginner friendly and giving opportunities to those advanced.
