Let's get moving together!

I get it. Sometimes it's hard to summon up the motivation on your own. That's why moving together in a group setting is motivating and fun!

Sometimes, all we need is to incorporate very simple lifestyle changes that can make a dramatic difference to our health and wellness.

Walking is one of those things. I started my own personal club with my mom, husband and a good friend on January 1, 2017 in Edmonton.

We walked, rain, blizzard, or shine!

It's a great way to:

- Introduce movement back into you life
- Enjoy the outdoors
- Get in some good quality oxygen
- Get back to nature
- Reduce stress
- Reduce pain
- Begin to shed some weight
- Stretch your body and clear your mind
- Meet people

What you get with the Walking Club:

  1. September 10th start date at 8am in Edmonton River Valley (location will be emailed to you once you sign up)
  2. 3 walking sessions: September 10, 17, 24 from 8-10 am OR Drop-In
  3. Begin and end each session with stretching, tips, motivation, and a meditation
  4. Two guides (myself and my mom Janet) to keep you on track, motivated, and accountable
  5. Weekly email tips
  6. A Progress Tracking document
  7. Invite to a Private Facebook Group
  8. 15% off any of my other services
