Service Excellence Drop-In Event

Dear students and colleagues:

Seize this opportunity to impact the crucial planning phase of the student service excellence initiative!

During this drop-in event, you’ll collaborate with others who care about service excellence to evaluate four proposed concepts. With your feedback, these concepts will be prioritized and begin rolling out as of this Fall to enhance service delivery for all.

When: Thursday, March 12
Time: 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. (Drop-in whenever you can)
Location: W319 Bennett Centre for Student Services.

We encourage you to register for the event, but show up even if it is not possible for you to register.

If you are a staff member, please ensure that you have received permission from your manager to attend.

From this event, you’ll gain:

• a chance to contribute to how we will serve and work with one another better;
• a chance to collaborate with students and with colleagues from across the Division and Faculty Advising offices;
• an understanding of the human centered-design mindset and valuable tools to use at work; and
• a sense of fun, inspiration and enthusiasm for Service Excellence to share with students and colleagues.
