As an organization, we have worked hard to make Sinai Health a rewarding and fulfilling place to work, but just as we need to define a consistent, desired patient experience, we also need to think about the culture and environment created by and with everyone who works here.

Join us for this Strategy Hive on September 27th from 9am-12pm where we will be building on the foundation of our People Plan and recently launched Purpose and Values, to create a vision for the unique Sinai Health work culture that we want to aim for over the next 5 years. We will be bringing a diverse group together to better understand what is most needed from the people who work and learn here to live out our purpose and co-create an unrivaled experience of working here that will attract, engage and support a uniquely Sinai Health form of excellence.
