Headaches sufferers can find loads of information here about their pesky irritations. You will learn about several types of headaches, why they happen, and how to manage them. We will discuss natural therapies, stretches, pressure points that are helpful for each type of headache.
LOCATION The class will be held in the beautiful studio at the Centre for WellBeing at 480 Ronesvalles Ave Toronto. This is close to the Dundas West subway station, right at the corner of Dundas and Roncesvalles. You can park at the Loblaws parking lot across the street.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR Lisa Dowling has been practising bodywork and acupuncture as her full time practise since 2001. She has owned and managed multidisciplinary clinics in the west end of Toronto and seen health from all sides - making contact with so many talented health care professionals and learning through experience as well as many many hours of professional training. Lisa has seen thousands of clients and a huge array of conditions which she has great success in treating. Lisa has also been teaching shiatsu, acupressure and partner massage courses for more than 10 years. Her teaching style is laid back, but very detailed.
