About this event

Please join us as we share more information about our transformation. Our President and Chief Executive Officer will present a brief overview of SPARK's performance and strategy, and our Board of Directors will provide commentary from their respective committees. Special business will include a proposal to amend SPARK's bylaws.

We will also introduce our new Board of Directors, and host a delicious dinner buffet created by Winsport's award-winning executive chef, Liana Robberecht.
