Description
Gran Menu is something new I would like to bring to Toronto, a kind of food experience I have only seen in Italy, and even there it’s quite rare.
A degustazione is a tasting – the idea is to slowly sample many refined, hand-crafted dishes. It’s more like a chef-guided food tour than a meal. And before the evening is done this gran menu will take you on a tour of every region in Italy, north to south!
It's going to be a fun challenge for us pull off, and we hope you can come along and join us for the journey!
