Thank you for your interest. Most of our events do sell out weeks in advance. When the event is sold out, it means we are at maximum capacity and can no longer accommodate more attendees. Hence it is always a good idea to purchase your ticket early to guarantee a space.

If a ticket becomes available, we will contact people on WAITLIST and send a WAITLIST TICKET CLAIM INSTRUCTION. Hurry, as you will only have 24 hours to claim your ticket after we sent out the communication.

No accommodations will be made for late arrivals once the speed dating session has started. Respect and Courtesy go a long way.

Please be on time. It is your opportunity to meet potential dates and impress them before the event start. Grab a drink! Circulate the room! Get Comfortable!

We count on every ticket holder to attend as we strive to have a balanced ratio for each event. We do not offer refund unless the event is cancelled. However, you can transfer the ticket to another friend. Simply update us with the name of the participant.

Between 24-48 hours , result will be sent to your registered email. All attendees will receive a "follow up and popularity stats" email regardless of results. Those with matches will receive a "You got match!" email in addition to the follow up email.

Shall any participant observe or notice any unacceptable behaviours or comments, please communicate with the facilitator immediately.
