Tickets: Ladies please buy a Ladies ticket, Gentleman please buy a Gentleman ticket. This allows us to get an even number of participants. These events run best when there is balance to the room - if your ticket type is sold out, please DO NOT BUY THE OTHER TICKET.
Only a limited number of tickets for each event so get yours early. Moreoever, we release a set of tickets at a time to ensure a balanced ratio to maximize pairing and dating experience. More tickets may be released once a balanced ratio is reached and capacity allows. Therefore, we do offer a WAITLIST if you want to be contacted when a space becomes available.

Frequently asked questions
We count on every ticket holder to attend as we strive to have a balanced ratio for each event. We do not offer refund unless the event is cancelled. However, you can transfer the ticket to another friend. Simply update us with the name of the participant.
Suggested age range +/- 2 years is acceptable. Note that we are not able to enforce the age range, but a suggestion to help maximize potential matches.
As a guide, men tend be on the upper end of the bracket and ladies on the lower end. Please make sure you purchase the right gender ticket(s) to ensure a properly distributed balance.
A well balanced ratio is critical to our success. So we may hold tickets and release as needed. If a ticket opens up, we will contact people on WAITLIST. There will be a 24 hour hold to claim the ticket. Hence, make sure you follow CLAIM instruction and act fast to claim your space!
Please be on time. It is your opportunity to meet potential dates and impress them before the event start. Grab a drink! Circulate the room! Get Comfortable!
No accommodations will be made for late arrivals once the speed dating session has started. Respect and Courtesy go a long way.
