Flatbread with Smokey Tomato-Chile and Herb Topping, Finished with a feta-yogurt drizzle.
Piri Piri Mini Chicken Skewers: A rich, thick fresh sauce made with bell pepper, herbs, and a little heat- super glaze and dip.
Spiced Sweet and Sour Ribs: Baby back ribs with warm spices, a little balsamic and sweet finish.
Sunshine Summer Salad :Yellow peppers, corn, tomatoes with a fresh turmeric dressing
Sweet and Tangy Cucumber Salad- crisp, cool, many variations
Summer Berries with Mascarpone Cream and Honey Lime Sauce: Best of the market’s berries, a sauce that will become a staple!

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
