Yes, once you enter an event in person or online, you understand and agree that Shawna Maleski and event partners may film, photograph, record, or capture footage of you in any media format in an event recording. Maleski can use your image in any form to promote and advertise.

This usage may include advertising, promotion, social media, marketing, activities, and other productions related to Shawna Maleski may be modified or edited. You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any compensation, royalties, or payment other than the opportunity to attend the event.

NO RECORDINGS BY YOU - Your use of cell phones, cameras, or recording devices is not permitted at any event. Recording, filming, publishing, or reproducing any event by you (whether online, in print, digital tangible media or in person) is strictly prohibited.

As the ticket purchaser, it is your responsibility to inform all persons who attend any event on a ticket purchased by you, of the existence and their duty to be bound to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone, for any reason, at any time and to refuse admission or remove persons from an event whose conduct is deemed disorderly, disruptive, or otherwise in violation of these terms.

In rare cases, Shawna Maleski or its event partners may need to change or cancel an event due to unexpected or emergencies beyond their control. If this happens, you will be notified by email immediately. If the event is cancelled and no new date is scheduled, a full refund will be is
