Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring?

A water bottle, journal, pen to write with & yoga mat are necessary. A sweater in case you get cold, cozy blanket, and coloured pens are optional.

Is this a female only event?

Nope! We'd love for everybody to experience this afternoon, so bring your brother or your dad if they're into holistic wellness too.

What's the age limit?

We kindly as that all Wildsiders are over the 18 to come alone.
