Edmonton Trail Clean-Up
Where: Edmonton River Valley - Emily Murphy Park- Meeting spot -picnic site 1
Registration:
Tickets help us plan how many clean- up kits we need. 1 ticket per volunteer. Example volunteer group of 4 - register 4 tickets.
What to bring with you:
- Water bottle
- Wear solid sole shoes
- Garbage grabber or picker if you have one
- Dress for the weather (light jacket, hat, sunscreen, bug spray)
- Thicker Gloves for picking up garbage if you want them
Kits include:
- Pair of disposable gloves
- Garbage bags, recycling bag
- Important instructions
Where to pick up your kits and drop off trail clean up bags:
The RVA will have a table set up for kit pick up at 10:00am on Saturday, May 4. Parking is located in Emily Murphy Park.
You can choose which direction to head to for the trail clean up. We'll be cleaning the trails from 10 am- 1 pm and can stop by anytime during that time to join the cleanup.
Once finished head back to the RVA table and leave the collected bags of litter with a RVA team member. We will have some refreshments available from 12:30 pm-1:00pm to replenish ourselves after all our hard work.
