This class is currently being taught through a virtual class room via Zoom.

Attendees must follow the following guidelines and requirements of the course:

1. Camera/webcam and microphone/audio is required. You must stay on camera to earn the designation. This means the student must be on camera, not that they need to be on your screen. You must not engage in other activities while taking the course. You must be fully dedicated to attending the course.

2. If a student's connectivity fails repeatedly and they miss course time they will not earn the designation. Zoom will track attendance by the minute.

3. Stay on mute unless verbally asking a question or answering a question. Cameras can be turned off during breaks and turned back on after the break.

4. Only one student is allowed on a computer at a time. You cannot share screens with other students. Only the student logged into Zoom will earn the designation.

5. Your participation is required and includes: viewing the instructor presentation/PowerPoint, responding to instructor questions/prompts (in the chat room), and participating in class polls.

6. Students will not earn the designation if they are driving a vehicle during class hours. This is not allowed.

Who is RESA?

A) RESA® (Real Estate Staging Association) is the trade association for professional home stagers. RESA® is the portal to the staging industry and is the source of education and business tools focusing on the needs of stagers. 

Who should attend this course?

A) This course has been designed by RESA® specifically for real estate agents. The objective is to help real estate agents who are looking to serve their client's best interest gain a competitive edge. 

Is this course the only requirement to achieve the CSA designation? 

A) Yes, you only need to complete this course to achieve the CSA designation.

Will I be able to use the designation on my business card?

A) Yes, it will be “CSA – certified staging advocate” and a logo will be sent to you for use in your marketing materials.

Is there any membership fees for RESA®?

A) RESA has a membership, but it is not required for the designation.  However, if the you wish to, you can join as an affiliate member but it’s not mandatory for this course.

Who will provide me with the confirmation of designation?

A) RESA will be providing you with the designation once it has been confirmed that you have successfully completed the course. A successful completion means that you will need to be present for a minimum of 90% of the class.

What are the fees associated this course?

A) There’s a small fee of $35+tax per student for this course.

What's the refund policy?

A) This is a non-refundable class. If for any reason you are unable to attend the class, you automatically will earn a place in the next scheduled class. You will not receive your designation until you have successfully completed the course.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

A) Yes, you may transfer your registration to a colleague should you not be able to attend.

 Can I share my registration with a friend or colleague?

A) Each registration is unique. You cannot have more than 1 person in the class per registration. Only one student is allowed on a computer at a time. You cannot share screens with other students. Only the student logged into Zoom will earn the designation.
