Stained Glass Terrarium Workshop

About this event
In this course you will learn how to make a small stained glass terrarium.
The back panel of the terrarium will be laser etched with either a stock pattern or a custom pattern of the student’s choosing. Students have a choice of what colour they want for the back glass panel as well. At the end of the course you will have a completed terrarium that is 4″ x 7″ x 3″.
This is not a beginner class. Students must have taken my Intro to Stained Glass class or have previous experience cutting glass and soldering in order to take this course
For students that want a custom etching, they will have to register 4 days prior to the start of the class. Stock etching patterns can be viewed in the photo below.

Following public health orders, as of September 13th, all participants will be required to have a vaccine passport in order to attend this class.
All participants are required to wear a mask for the duration of the class.
FAQs
Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The class is designed for adults, but children 12 and up can take the class when accompanied by an adult. Please contact in advance at hello@awesomesauceart.com to make sure your child can be accomodated. No more than two children can attend the class as they require extra attention when building their projects.
What can I bring into the event?
All materials are supplied but it is recommended to bring a bottle of water and tie your hair back if you have long hair. All participants should wear closed toed shoes and a mask. All materials are otherwise supplied.

Corinne is often teaching or at a market and is not always able to answer the phone, but will return your call as quickly as possible. Please do not contact MakerLabs about this event, as it is run independently from their facility.
What's the refund policy?
If you cancel more than 72 hours before the event starts you will receive a refund, minus Eventbrite processing fees.
If you cancel within 72 hours before the event starts, there are no refunds but you may re-schedule for an alternate class date.
No shows with no indication of cancelation will not receive a refund and will not be able to re-schedule for an alternate class date. Out of respect to the other students, latecomers arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed entry to the class and will be considered a no show.
