We would ask all attending, if they can, to bring a donation to the Edmonton Food Bank. We will have a receptacle set up near the registration desk

All refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Any requests received after March 30 will be generally refused but don't hesitate to contact us to see if a refund is possible. This is partly at the request of our caterer so that they will have firm numbers on which to base the menu
