Summer is just around the corner and these 4 recipes will be ideal for BBQs and for hosting a group of friends.

What's on our menu?

We're going to take a classic shrimp cocktail up a notch by roasting our Tiger Shrimp in the shell before cooling them down to dip in our very own Thai style seafood sauce. This dip has a kick!

Crab cakes look so intimidating but our recipe is quick, easy, and full of delicate crab meat. We'll enjoy it with housemade tartar sauce and fresh lemons.

Our traditional ceviche recipe combines fresh fish, shrimp, scallops, lime juice, avocado, and chile for an easy appetizer. Eat it with a fork or freshly baked pita chips!

Our main entree is poached salmon. This simple salmon is simmered in garlic, lemon, and white wine until tender. It comes together in 15 minutes or less and uses only one pan, making it ideal for a weeknight dinner. Drizzle it with our signature dill aioli!

At the end of class, we'll sit down to enjoy the dishes you've made together.

The 1909 Culinary Academy is licenced. We have a drink menu of beer, wine, and assorted cocktails for you to enjoy throughout the event.

Sometimes we have leftovers. Please bring your own reusable containers to help us reduce the use of single use plastics.
