GENERAL EVENT INFO

Saturday June 22, noon until midnight. Annual outdoor music festival at Everdale's gorgeous 50-acre farm. A fundraiser for the Good Food Project.

10 Bands, Local Food and Refreshments. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and food. Also bring blankets, chairs, or anything else you need. Free water on the farm, so bring a refillable water container.

Parking free with festival ticket. Camping Passes for Saturday night, $5.

WHAT WE ARE RAISING MONEY FOR. Proceeds from the festival will go to the Good Food Project (https://www.everdale.org/goodfoodproject), growing farm-fresh food for Orangeville Food Bank and East Wellington Community Services. And to Erin Common Ground (https://www.instagram.com/erin.commonground/), regenerating soil health and community resilience in and around Erin, Ontario.

LEAVE NO TRACE. This is a low footprint event. Whatever you bring, you need to take away with you.

VOLUNTEERING. We are looking for volunteers who are passionate about music and creating a safe and inclusive space for all. One 4-hour volunteer shift earns you a free Full Festival pass. Email gavin@everdale.org to register.

LOCATION. Beautiful Everdale Farm at 5812 Sixth Line, Hillsburgh, ON, N0B 1Z0. Thirty minutes from Guelph and Orangeville. Sixty minutes from LOCATION. FREE PARKING with festival pass.

ACCESSIBILITY. Please note that due to the farm setting, this event has some physical accessibility challenges. The ground on this property is uneven and has a variety of rolling/grassy hills and unpaved/gravel roads. There are no stairs to get from the parking lot to the main event area, but there is a slight grassy incline/decline. Washrooms are not wheelchair accessible and are only accessible via the unpaved/gravel road. Please contact gavin@everdale.org with any accessibility questions or requests. We will do our best to accommodate you.

ON-SITE CAMPING. You must purchase a CAMPING PASS to camp over on Saturday night. Camping is permitted in designated camping areas only. All campers must be off-site by 1:00 PM on Sunday. There are no camping services other than access to washrooms and clean drinking water. No electrical plug-ins. No food served on Sunday. Bring your own supplies. There will be one communcal campfire as long as there are no local fire restrictions in place at the time of the event. Attendees are not permitted to start campfires anywhere else on the property. If you would like to bring a camper or camping trailer, please contact gavin@everdale.org to confirm space availability. This is a LEAVE NO TRACE EVENT. We are committed to environmental sustainability and always look for new ways to reduce our carbon footprint at the festival. Bring less plastic and take all your garbage with you when you leave! No need for plastic water bottles. Bring a refillable water container and fill up when you're here.

We are Canada's oldest not-for-profit community farm (est. 1966).  We grow food for thousands of local community members, teach food skills, host food celebrations and special events, and we play outside as much as possible!  At our Community Harvest Days, volunteers help to harvest fresh food that ha been grown by/for community members experiencing hunger and a lack of nutritious food.
