SUNDAY WORSHIP CELEBRATION (ONSITE)

We praise God that we can still have our Onsite Worship Celebration despite the 'Emergency Brake' issued in Ontario. Stringent measures: Broader-scale actions and restrictions across multiple sectors to control the spread. Restrictions are the most severe available before widescale business or organizational closings.

Religious services can operate at 15 per cent capacity indoors. However, let's continue to be diligent and limit trips in the community to only essential needs, maintain close contacts with only those in your household, and in doing so we will have safe and healthy community to live.

The following should be addressed in order for us to continue complying the protocols of health &safety measures preventing COVID:

(1) Members that have had COVID and have been cleared can now attend, provided they have completed a most recent swab testing with the result printed and submitted upon entry.

(2) Guests and visitors with a connection to any members of Champion Life Centre are now allowed to attend. Walk-ins are still not allowed.

(3) Children ages 7 and up are now allowed to attend with the parents’ discretion. Keeping in mind that Sunday school is still done online. Children will be sitting with their parents during the celebration until the end. Moving forward, the leadership will review and carefully consider how children attending on-site with their parents can be accommodated to be part of their online Sunday school while at the Centre. Parents will be notified if this is going to be an option to be made available in the future.

(4) Seniors 70 years and older are now allowed to attend our on-site worship celebration at their own discretion.

(5) Healthcare providers who are part of Media Ministry and Praise & Worship Ministry are now allowed to serve and volunteer in their perspective ministry.

The following are still advised to refrain from attending the on-site celebration at this time.

• 6 years old and under
• Pregnant women
• Existing health risk conditions
• Anyone who has had close contact with a person suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19
• Those whose household members have had close contact with someone suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19

Kindly reserve your seats now (max capacity is 52 people).

Please wear your own mask.

Household units will be seated together.

Practice Physical Distancing, keeping 2 meters apart.

Avoid hugs and handshakes.

Sanitizing stations are available.

Your safety is our priority.

What to expect

You will receive Self-Assessment link from your leaders that should be filled out on Sunday morning 2 hours before you proceed to the Centre.

The link will show the following questions. If you answer "YES" to any of the following, please refrain from attending Onsite Celebration at this time.

• Do you have a new or worsening cough, difficulty breathing, or fever or feeling feverish?
• Have you or someone in your household had close contact with anyone within 2 meters who has COVID-19?
• Are you awaiting test results for COVID-19?
• Have you traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days?
• Have you been in contact with someone who is sick and who has traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days?

If you think you need to be tested, you can take the Ministry of Health’s COVID-19 self-assessment.

Please be ready to show that you have registered and completed the self-assessment prior to entering the building.

What to do on Sunday morning just before arriving at the Centre

These steps will expedite our screening process and minimize wait times.

1. Please fill up the Self Assessment link (on your device)on Sunday morning at least 2 hours before you proceed to the Centre. You will receive a confirmation.

2. Wear your mask.

3. Line up for Screening starts at 9:45 a.m. and ends at 10:25 a.m.
