Come for a day, or join us for the whole weekend - you will find that some riders make an entire week out of it. Riders enjoy discounted stays at Wagons West RV Park and there are limited stays available in rental RV's as well. Book early to reserve your spot. Your ticket price includes all your meals, group rides, entry into the games, amazing prizes and friendships that will last a lifetime.

What is included in my ticket price?

All of our meals are included in your ticket price. Also, if you book early, you get also get a free event t-shirt!

Why is this event two days long?

This event is unlike any in other in North America. It is not just a show and shine, rides and vendor displays. We strive to build relationships, friendships and a support network that goes home with everyone when they leave. This takes time! And we want to spend that with you.

What if I don't want to play games?

You can participate in as many or as little activities as you like. Guaranteed you will get talked into it though!

When should I show up?

We highly suggest that you make plans to be in Sundre, Alberta by Thursday evening, so you don't miss out on any of the event. There are many hotels and rental trailers you can stay in if you do not have an RV. Call Shawna at (403) 830-0895 if you need help finding accommodations.

What if I have food allergies?

We want to make sure that everyone enjoys all the meals. Please let us know in advance if you have food allergies so we can make special arrangements for you.

What if I want to come early or stay longer?

Many of our riders stay for 3-7 days, feel free to join us in the days leading up to, or after the event. You'll be in some amazing company!
