When the sun is setting, there is a magical feeling in the air, that of the light changing and another small cycle closing. This is the perfect time to practice calm, as the class ends and the sun sets on the week.
This is an hour-long, rejuvenating and relaxing yoga class designed for all skill levels, from beginner to experience.
The class is in the green space west of the parking at McNally School.
