I’m extremely honoured and excited to be hosting a full day retreat on April 27, 2024. This has been something that been in the works for over a year, but divine timing is now.
Our retreat will be nestled in the beaches of Lake Ontario in Bowmanville. A full day of diving into yourself, to honour and surrender. A time to gather with community. Truly the time to do something for yourself! Everything that has led me to this moment is extremely special and I want to create an experience for each person who attends.
I’ve taken the time to find a magical place where you can dive into nature and just fall in love with life. Once you’ve made this commitment, you will have a different perspective on everything. Just honour and action now!

There will be food served: light snacks in the AM, full lunch, and full dinner. Yoga mats and props will be provided. Free time is available for you to hang around the beaches, walk, go into the jacuzzi, whatever your heart desires.
