Taco 'bout Fun - May 3

Classes at the 1909 Culinary Academy combine a hands-on cooking experience with delicious tasting experiences.

Taco 'bout fun! This is a family friendly event.

We'll start by making a fresh salsa, known as pico de gallo and then try our hand at making mango salsa and fresh guacamole. Fish tacos with Slaw or Chicken tacos change up the usual ground beef options, making this a versatile dinner to make at home when the mood strikes.

We'll finish the evening by sitting down to sample all of the delicious foods we've made together.

Class is recommended for youth 8-18 years of age when accompanied by an adult.

Sometimes we have leftovers. Please bring your own reusable containers to help us reduce the use of single use plastics.
