Mindful exercises for the mind and body with Tai Chi QiGong

Wednesdays from 3 pm - 4 pm EST

Goal:

  • Work with Neuroplasticity to improve flexibility, balance, coordination, and de-stress, with gentle movements to all body parts mindfully in a holistic manner

Course Content

  • Gentle exercises that can be done seated or standing
  • Movements in easy-to-follow speed and methods that participants can repeat on their own and develop helpful habits in their daily lives
  • Learning movements in a comprehensive manner to improve the balance of the body, and balance in the brain and promote better mind and body coordination in an enjoyable manner
  • Practice embracing feelings and sensing our body through movements
  • Learning ways to enhance self-nurturing and recuperation in a positive way
  • Provide individualized attention and adjustment that caters to individual needs to obtain immediate feedback

About Janny Cheng:

Janny is a certified tai chi instructor. She has been teaching Tai Chi/Qi Gong passionately over the past decade. She believes in the power of mindfulness and loves to share it with the community. People across different age groups and health backgrounds appreciate her effective guidance.

Janny uses a holistic approach to promote the well-being of the mind and body. Her spirit and sincere caring help her students to enjoy and experience many benefits.
