Teen Culinary Camp: July 2 -5

Culinary Camp is designed to build confidence in the kitchen as we work together to develop skills and techniques your teen can use each and everyday.

These 4 days are guaranteed to be packed full of foodie fun, games, crafts, campfires, and plenty of time in the 1909 Kitchen. All snacks, drinks, and lunch will be provided each day, but bring along a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.

Camp is ideal for youth aged 12-18.

What does a day at Culinary Camp look like?

Our Teen Chef programs are designed to introduce teens to a professional culinary environment. Each day will have culinary themes that allow us to work to teach students basic culinary skills and then build on them, with progressive skills and techniques. From mise en place to reducing food waste, your teen will explore basic cooking skills and techniques that they can use to build on at home.

The 1909 Culinary Academy is not a nut free facility.
