What time is the vendor set up?
Am I allowed to have a helper at my booth?
The show traffic can be heavy at times so additional person helping you the day of the show. If you or your helper want to see the speakers you will have to buy a speaker ticket.
I am with a direct sales company. Will I be the only representative of the company?
If you are with a direct sales companies, we only permit one representative of that company. First come first serve. Please call to confirm before registering.
I am coming from out of town, can I book to stay at the Lamplighter Hotel?
Absolutely, when booking quote: "Breast Show In Town" to recieve a discount on your stay.
Can I only make a deposit now and pay the rest later?
The Breast Show In Town is soon upon us so at this point you must pay in full to guarantee your spot.
Is wifi accessible?
Yes, the day of the show while registering you will be given the wifi code.
How long have you been doing The Breast Show In Town?
We are proud to say this is the 11th anniversary for the show!
Am I allowed to share a table with another business?
Yes, IF you select Option # 3- however the 2 of you must come to your own agreement of how your table will be split and displayed.
Is hydro available for my booth?
Yes, limited spots with hydro are available on a first come first served basis. Please bring your own extension cord.
Am I allowed to sell food at the show?
No prepared meals are permitted however snack type foods such as muffins, smoothies, chocolate, granola for sampling are encouraged. If you are providing samples please fill out Food Vendor Application Form. It is the food vendor's responsibilty to submit this to the London Health Unit 2 week prior to the event.
