I bought tickets for the wrong day! Can I get a refund?

No, but we suggest posting to the Dance Gallery Family Facebook page to find someone to trade with you! Last year it was really difficult to offer refunds, so we are not offering refunds this year.

Where is the clocktower?

We recommend googling the Clock Tower at TRU for directions. It is the first entrance at TRU by Superstore, and if you see the Wolf sculpture, it's time to park! You will see the clocktower, which posts the correct time.
