About this event

The Downtown East Action Plan provides a set of actions to coordinate City services to address complex challenges related to poverty, homelessness, community safety, mental health, substance use, and the drug poisoning crisis. The Action Plan has four priorities:

1. Safe, inclusive communities

2. Cross-sectoral trust and collaboration

3. Stability for people experiencing marginalization

4. Model for a City response to complex issues
