Bob McDonald, the esteemed author, science journalist, CBC Radio Host and renowned environmental advocate, is our keynote speaker for this momentous occasion. The evening session, open to the general public, aims to educate the public about sustainable practices and inspire action within our community.

The event will showcase youth sharing their activities and ideas on why we need innovation, action and hope for a bright future. It also features an innovation fair showcasing local initiatives by organizations, businesses and industry.

This event is a collaboration between several organizations including Mount Baker Secondary School, Selkirk Secondary School, City of Kimberley, and Kimberley and District Chamber of Commerce, to raise awareness and foster dialogue on local initiatives and innovations working towards a resiliant and sustainable future.
