Community Natural Foods is hosting the book signing event from 6pm to 7pm where they’ll be serving appetizers from the book, selling the book, I’ll talk for a bit, sign your book, and we’ll hang out. When you RSVP for this event, you’re signing up for this. If you already have a copy of the book, bring it along with you so I can sign it!
Then, at 7pm to 8:30pm, the room will transform into a lecture-style event where I’ll be on “stage” answering questions and chatting about the benefits of keto. If you’re interested in staying for this event, it’s best to sign up here so we can ensure we keep a track of attendees.
