Hey Minglers,

Get ready for Episode 2 of Social Mingle in Vancouver! We have prepared a new batch of creative activities, games, and more surprises for you meet new people, have fun, and get a chance to win gift cards to your fav places ;). Join us on Saturday, May 25th at 2289 Yukon Crescent. Activities will start at 3:30 PM - make sure to arrive at least 20 minutes before to sign in, so you don't miss anything. We can't wait to see you there!

Frequently asked questions

How do I get into the venue?

2289 Yukon Crescent is conveniently located near the Brentwood Town Centre SkyTrain Station, and within the EVO Home Zone. To access the venue, simply buzz 4016 and turn left - you'll see us right away! Please contact us if further assistance is needed.

Can I come in later or leave early?

We strongly recommend coming in on time and staying for the entire event to get the full experience. Some activities are based on number of guests, and we need to prioritize people who can commit to the schedule. If you have any conflicts, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate :)

Will food be provided?

Party snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be served throughout the afternoon. In order to comply with food safety regulations, all snacks & drinks will be bought and packaged. We recommend hitting Brentwood Mall for lunch before or dinner after The Mingle ;)

Can I bring my own drinks?

We understand that many guests prefer to bring their own beverages to enjoy during the event. While we allow you to bring your own drinks, we kindly request that you consume them responsibly.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order up to 72h prior to the event for a full refund minus processing fees. We do not offer refunds for unused or cancelled tickets after this deadline, but you can change the name at any time. If you cancel due to an emergency, please contact us to find the best solution for all
