The PACE Profitability Analytics Framework

Attend this session to learn how the PACE Profitability Analytics Framework (PAF) complements the Organizational Excellence Framework (OEF)and takes a systems and process view of the organization, with a view to enhancing organizational performance.

The PAF enables an organization to understand how it can improve its performance, including generating profitable revenue, investing its capital effectively, and configuring and managing its operations for optimum performance. It also supports the achievement of nonfinancial goals, including sustainability.

Composed of three primary stages (strategy formulation, strategy validation, strategy execution), the PAF employs causal models of an organization’s markets, customers and business environments and internal resources, operations, and processes. It encompasses the domains of revenue management, investment management and managerial costing.

The PAF is a framework based on solid internal decision support principles, and its implementation can encompass a variety of existing management methodologies.
