Welcome to The Rally - Muskoka - 2024! Get ready for an epic weekend filled with adrenaline-pumping activities, live music, delicious food, and good vibes. Join us at Deerhurst Resort - Airport on Fri Jun 07, 2024 at noon to kick off the fun before hitting the road for a rally style overland drive that will take you to Haliburton Forest on Saturday. Whether you're a car enthusiast, music lover, or just looking for a good time, this event is perfect for you. Don't miss out on the excitement - mark your calendars now!

Camp

Enjoy 2 nights of camping, starting on Friday night at Deerhurst Resort’s decommissioned runway in the heart of Muskoka’s rugged wilderness, before travelling to Haliburton Forest, where participants will camp on Saturday night.

This event is family-friendly, so please bring your spouse, kids, dog, and uncle. Whoever, just be respectful. We will have different vibes set up along the runway, so if late-night stories are what you want, we've got you! If quiet early sleep is the wish, we got you, too!

Please provision accordingly with the necessary food, water and shelter. We are overlanders and will be helpful, but you must be self-sufficient whenever possible while on the runway.

Toilets and hand-washing stations are provided, along with communal fire bowls and wood scattered throughout the event space for warmth and comfort. If you’ve joined us on the runway before, you know these fires are the soul of the event. Bring your chairs and meet your new best friends.

Drinking water and showers are NOT provided at Deehurst, so again, please come prepared. Shower facilities will be available at Haliburton Forest.

Individual sites can't be reserved, but should you be travelling with a group of 3 or more rigs and wish to be close to each other, please get in touch with us at info@overlandnth.ca, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Any requests to be grouped must be made more than 30 calendar days before the event. Within 30 days of the event, we can no longer facilitate group camping requests (but you can arrange to arrive together and pick spots close to each other).

The event is happening rain or shine, so be ready.

***Should you wish to be an exhibitor and sell your merchandise at the event, please get in touch with us at info@overlandnth.ca, and a team member will contact you!***

Drive

In our 5th installment of the event, we slightly changed the format to be more of an Overlanding Rally. Overlanders will enjoy exploring regional roads, trails, and points of interest while travelling to Haliburton Forest. Drivers will be given clues to help guide them along the route, and the drivers/teams with the most correct answers will be entered into a drawing for a set of new Nokian Tyres - Outpost nATs.

Also, overlanders can drive the roads within Haliburton Forest this year on Sunday. This unique opportunity will allow them to capture photos and videos of this beautiful landscape. More details will be shared closer to the event date.

We will observe Tread Lightly principles and be sure to be stewards of the land as we explore, leaving only tire tracks and taking only pictures.

Laugh

As shared above, The Rally is a family-friendly event. Kids and parents can enjoy riding bikes or playing lawn games. We encourage you to bring non-motorized bikes, scooters, skateboards, etc. You’ll understand why if you’ve spent a weekend on a runway.

We are excited to announce the return of the Soap Box Derby. This will be fun for the whole family. Winners will earn bragging rights and walk away with cash and some sweet prizes!

I bet our cars are faster than yours…

The Rigs

We will have a "show and shine" component for the third year. Let's face it: who doesn't love to show off their kit and earn some bragging rights simultaneously?

The winners of each category will walk away with some sweet prizes courtesy of our partners and sponsors!
