Facilitator's Bio:

Emily Baillie is a digital marketing & AI consultant, trainer, speaker and professor. With over 15 years of experience in the marketing industry, she has worked with large and small brands including Resorts of Ontario, Goway Travel, Northern Ontario Travel, Travel Agent Next Door, Tourism Simcoe County, GlaxoSmithKline, Bruce County Economic Development and United Way. Emily has a passion for leveraging tech and AI trends to help Canadian tourism professionals learn and grow.

Through her business Compass Content Marketing she provides content marketing strategy advisory services and leads AI, social media and digital marketing workshops and training for various organizations.

She has developed and taught a range of marketing courses at notable institutions including McMaster University and Canadian Markering Association. She recently won the McMaster University Continuing Education ‘Educational Innovator Award.’ Currently, she is leading an innovative new “AI Micro-credential” with Humber College.

Recently she was named “Top Artificial Intelligence (AI) Voice” on LinkedIn where she regularly shares news and tips for businesses and marketers.
