To ensure a smooth setup process, Our general service contractor Robinson Show Services takes care of all shipping and customized booths. This includes preferred shipping partners, timelines, and other critical information. We will share their contact details in the exhibitor's manual.

To ensure a smooth transition for all parties involved, we kindly ask that exhibitors commence dismantling from 5 pm on the event's closing day. Our team will be present to guide and assist as needed.

Certainly. If you prefer using your crew for setup and dismantling, they are welcome. However, they must adhere to the venue's safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a seamless experience for all exhibitors.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your booth reservation, ensure you do so by June 14th, 2024 for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may be subject to certain fees.
