2021 has been a year of reflection for the Stride. Despite the many challenges, we have embraced it as an opportunity to examine our WHO, WHAT, WHY and HOW.

With 2022 in our sights, The Stride will focus on creating spaces that center the voices of those who have been historically and continually, marginalized. We are focusing our work in four central areas:

1. Building relationships

2. Changing processes and behaviours that perpetuate white supremacy

3. Accountability

4. Commitment to the long game

If you are interested in learning more about this platform and want to become involved we invite you to join one of the upcoming Stride 101 Information Sessions. You will learn about:

1. The history of the program and how it's evolved

2. WHO'S involved

3. WHAT topics we address

4. WHY we believe these conversations are important

5. HOW we engage in this work, our core values, and beliefs
