The United Way Gift Wrapping Kiosk

Throughout the month of December, we are seeking volunteers (age 16+) to join us at Outlet Collection Winnipeg where we will be spreading joy and holiday cheer at The United Way Gift Wrapping Kiosk. Volunteers will greet customers, wrap gifts in exchange for a monetary donation, and share stories about the work of United Way Winnipeg in our community.

We have daytime, evening, and weekend spots available and are looking for 4 volunteers per shift. Get your colleagues, friends and family together and help wrap the gift of a better Winnipeg!

As part of our continued commitment to providing a safe, healthy, and respectful workplace to our employees, volunteers, partners, and community members, United Way Winnipeg will be requiring volunteers to be fully vaccinated in order to volunteer. We know that being fully vaccinated is the most effective way to help reduce the spread of Covid-19 and to keep those around us safe by stopping transmission chains. As volunteers and United Way staff work closely together in a small space at our gift wrapping kiosk, we felt the requirement for having volunteers and staff vaccinated was an extra layer of protection for all those involved in the program including staff, community members and other volunteers.
