Fundraising Dinner for Growing Chefs Ontario ~ This Whole Sturgeon Round III

This Whole Sturgeon Event, began in BC with Canada’s renowned top Chefs Vikram Vij and Robert Clark, as a way to celebrate and create awareness for sustainable, certified organic seafood.

Using the whole sturgeon, guest Chef Thompson Tran, of The Wooden Boat brings you traditional Vietnamese dishes & cooking techniques featuring a 5-course sturgeon dinner paired with award-winning NUOC CHAM Vietnamese Sauces.

Along with Growing Chefs Director, Andrew Fleet, they will speak to sustainable seafood in Canada and Growing Chefs' commitment to using local, sustainable food sources.

This dinner is supported by Ocean Wise and The Northern Divine Aquafarms. Service will be family style group seating.

$75 per ticket.

Cash bar serving wine and local craft beer. Washrooms located on 2nd floor.
