CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations with a 14 day advance notice will result in no charge. Cancelling your reservation after the 14 day window is non-refundable unless TIKI TOURS HALIFAX has to cancel the reservation. Unfortunately, this includes arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, arriving late, no shows, personal emergencies or personal mishaps. If TIKI TOURS HALIFAX has to cancel the reservation due to not enough passengers(4) to complete the tour or inclement weather, mechanical issues or any other reason, you may reschedule or receive a 100% refund. Weather cancellations are determined only by TIKI TOURS HALIFAX. Weather must be inclement at our location at your specific scheduled time. No exceptions.
