Described as the most interactive and engaging workshop ever offered by Wood WORKS! BC, this is one technical workshop you won’t want to miss. Following each instructional session, participants will apply the theory to design a timber connection and immediately witness that very connection tested right in the conference room, concluding with a failure mode analysis. We will break as many as 24 connections in two days.

Speakers: Dr. Ying-Hei Chui, University of Alberta; Dr. Thomas Tannert, University of Northern BC; Dr. Jasmine Wang, Canadian Wood Council; Mr. Robin Zirnhelt, ISL Engineering will lead a team of timber specialists who will put you through you’re paces so bring your running shoes!

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the event. A $30 administration fee will apply to all cancellations. Cancellations made less than five (5) business days prior to the event will not be refunded however the registration is transferable to another individual at any time.
