On the menu tonight:

Ceviche de Zanahoria con Pescado: A staple ceviche from the Pacific Northwest cuisine. Made with Mahi Mahi, carrots, serrano peppers, and lime juice. Served with crispy tostadas.

Asado de res (Beef Asado): Tender pieces of beef and potato, deep fried. Served topped with lettuce, pickled onions, zucchini, carrots, dry cheese, sour cream and finished with a rich meat and tomato broth.

Tortillas from scratch, to go with the Asado. Take turns at trying to make your own tortillas!

Pan de elote: This gluten free cake is a staple of lots of coffees shops in the north part of mexico, served with chipping cream, roasted pecans and cajeta)

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
