This workshop is designed to give students an introduction into mediation theory and techniques that can be used in a variety of real world applications.The development of skills in this workshop include knowing when it is the right time to step in to handle a mediated resolution, preparing and setting the guidelines for the participants, and different types of mediation techniques that can be modified to fit different situations.
