Every Saturday at 2:30 pm!

This class includes warm-up exercises , drills to improve technique, and choreography to put the moves into prictice.
Instructor always breaks down the movements step by step, focusing on isolating different muscles and coordinating them to create the characteristic twerking motion.
It's fun and energetic way to learn a popular dance style!

Please bring indoor shoes!
